He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard T. Phelon and Marjorie Phelon (Sheldon); and his sister Peggy Wright (Roderick). He is survived by: his children, Steven Phelon (Sandy) of Granby, CT, Kathleen Brooks (Alan) of Southwick, MA and Zachary Phelon of Blue Hill, ME; his granddaughter Megan Phelon of Granby, CT; his sister Eleanor James; and his former wives, Patricia Renaudette and Diana Slater-Jones.
