He was predeceased by: his father Michael Garth Fayard; his grandparents, Davis, Margaret Fayard, Walter and Eloise Barnes; and his parents-in-law, James "Pete" and Elizabeth Cannette.
He is survived by: his mother Myrna "Peggy" Barnes Fayard; his wife Tammy Cannette Fayard; his daughters, Alisha Paige Fayard (Jeffery) and Darby Elizabeth Fayard Dutra (Terry); his grandchildren, Piper Elise Fayard, Sailor Troy and Colton Todd Fayard; his siblings, Michael "Danny" Fayard (Suzanne), Twila Rosonet (Gary), Mark Fayard (Robin) and Amber Bentz (Leonard); and his parents-in-law, Terry Cannette (Clair) and Timmy Cannette (Michelle).
