He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Jean Conine; his children, Terri Massey (Art), Richard Conine (Amanda), Melanie Milburn (Chris Surian) and Rusty Herrin; his grandchildren, Steven Massey (Courtney), Ben Massey (Emily), Amber Bains (Dylan), Anna Conine, Ethan Conine, Bianca Milburn, Emily Milburn, Charles Cantu, William Herrin (Bri), Breanne Herrin, Matthew Herrin and Caitlyn Sidaway (Gaige); and his siblings, Thomas Conine (Katie) and Jessie Boyd.
