He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd W. O'Neal and Karen Kloppmann O'Neal. He is survived by: his brother Gregory O'Neal; his stepbrothers, Don Langham (Sharon) and Keith Langham; and his stepmother Bernita O'Neal.
