She is survived by: her husband Charles Sisson; her son Nathaniel (Marisa); her grandsons, Benjamin and Zachariah of Fredericksburg, Virginia; her daughter Rebecca Sisson of Biloxi, Mississippi.; and her sister Linda Avery of Texas.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
