He is survived by: his children, Michelle Humphries (Dewayne), Monica Hegwood (Damion) and Mark Evans; the mother of his children Hilda Beach; his grandchildren, Chandler Humphries (Aysea), Carington Humphries, Hannah Grace Hegwood, Cole Evans, Gabriella Hegwood, Jacob Evans and Luke Hegwood; his great grandchild Kai Evans; and his sister Gail Smith.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home - Ocean Springs (911 Porter Ave, Ocean Springs, MS 39564). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
