He is survived by: his wife Marcilla Elliott; his stepson Christopher Thomas; his children, Megan Elliott and Raymond Elliott, Jr.; and his siblings, Yvone Elliott of Nashville, TN, Ermazine "Cookie", Lisa Elliott, Darlene Thompson, O. B. Elliott, Jr., Michael Elliott and Daryl (Cheryl). He is also survived by three grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
