He was predeceased by : his parents, James Henry Wilson and Ruby Hobson Wilson; his son Hubert Wilson; his son-in-law Michael Hester; and his siblings, Linda Hester, Juanita Dunaway, Rachel Winters, Dolly Schneider, Odessa Morphis, Bobby Joe Wilson and Upton Wilson.

He is survived by : his wife Linda Fay Croft Wilson; his grandchildren, Austin Wilson, Katie Wilson and Aaron Hester; his sister Louise Thompson; his brothers-in-law, Randy Croft, Bill Morphis and Jimmy Hardin; his nephew Mike Morphis (Carmen); his niece BJ Wilson; his close friends, Buddy and Brenda Grayson; his pet Bailey; and his daughter Angie Hester.
