She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Richter and Geraldine Isabell Richter Yarbrough; and her sister Kathy Hamm. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Tolbert; her sons, Adam Coker, Josh Tolbert and Matt Stark; and her siblings, Debbie Dykes and Thomas Richter.
