He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Evan McInnis and Edna Dickerson; his brother Scott Evan McInnis; and his granddaughter Jessica Hankins. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Deer McInnis; his children, Thomas McInnis (Kim), Stacy Dillon (Michelle) and Stephanie J. McInnis; his siblings, Wiley "Pete" McInnis (Teresa) and Ann Moore; his brother-in-law Hubert Deer; his grandchildren, Dwayne Hankins, Matthew Hankins (Whitney), Breanna Hankins, Larry McInnis (Crystle), Samantha Blakley (Bobby), Thomas Bruce McInnis, Lilly McInnis, Britney Dillon, Taylor Johnson and Hailey Hodges (Trent); and his great grandchild Braden Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
