She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Rawls and Luessie Carraway Johnston of Smithdale, MS; her husband Gene Brumfield; her son Harry Warren Brumfield; and her siblings, Henry Harold Johnston, Clayton Rawls Johnston, Mattie Newman, Betty Smith and Nevelyn Allred.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Nelson Brumfield (Sandra) and Beverly Moak (Franklin); her grandchildren, Lyle Brumfield (Sharon), Lacey Adams (David), Jennifer Price, Justin Moak, Jill Moak and Tylyn Brumfield; her great grandchildren, Nick Brumfield (Julianna), Alex Brumfield (Ella Webb), A. J. Price, Wyatt Price, Eli Price, Mia Davis and Noah Davis; her siblings, Robert Johnston, Thomas Earl Johnston (Mary Alyce), Guy Johnston, Douglas Johnston, Etta Merle Hux and Lexine Deer (Jimmy); and her sister-in-law Tot Johnston. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
