He is survived by: his children, Alicia Nichols, Hannah Smith (Jamie), Lexi Nichols (Madison) and Jersi Vanover; his stepchildren, Destin Allen, Tyler Allen and Katlyn Page; his girlfriend Cathy Carlise; and his siblings, David Nichols, Danny Hoffman, Paul Hoffman, Nikki Nichols, Samantha Hoffman, Lauren Hoffman Cerny, Carlee Hoffman Kline and Nichol Hoffman. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
