He is survived by: his sons, Tony Izzarelli (Christine) of Manhattan, IL and Michael Izzarelli (Julia) of Marselles, IL; his grandsons, Anthony, Dominic, Brandon and Angelo Izzarelli; his fiancé Pat Hopkins of Booneville; and his siblings, Arlene Izzarelli-Smith of Wilmington, IL, Rita Izzarelli of Tuscola, IL, Rosemary Koesling, Mary Zeplack and Wayne Koesling.
