He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Faye Samples Price; his parents, John Price and Ivy Dale Price; and his grandson Dannon Taylor (Daniel Taylor). He is survived by: his daughter Debby Taylor (Danny) of Booneville; his brothers, Bobby Price of Cypress Inn, TN, Jimmy Price of Florence, AL and Ricky Price (Shelia) of Florence, AL; his grandchildren, Kohlton Taylor of Booneville and Brady Taylor of Booneville; and his great grandchild Xena Taylor.
