He was predeceased by: his mother Millie Grooms Lewis; and his brothers, Ricky Lewis and Tommy Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Crawford Lewis of Booneville; his children, Ginger Marie Solo, Haley Nicole Lewis of Alabama, Tony L. Lewis of Louisville, Christopher Scott Wardlow (Dalaina), Jaremy Lewis, Mathew Lewis, Alan Lewis of Texas and Jonathan Lewis of Alabama; and his brother Eddie Beck of Arkansas.
