It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Mathis (Booneville, Mississippi), who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carey Pike and Trana Pike; her husband Mathis; her siblings, Jerry Pike and Linda Martin; and her husband Carey PikeFather.

She is survived by: her daughter Lana Tapp (Mark); her grandchildren, Shannon Fraiser (Tommy) and Justin Tapp (LeShae); her great grandchildren, Judd, Mary Mathis Fraiser and Porter Tapp; and her sister Martha Pike Lindsey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Tuscumbia Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 1808 Jacinto Road, Booneville, MS 38829.
