She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Maddox (Steve), Sonya Sanderson (Buzz) and Tonya McAnally (Tony); her grandchildren, Tyler Maddox, Mallory Willis (Chad), Paisleigh Gunn (Josh), Luke Sanderson, Eli Sanderson and Lila-Grace Sanderson; her great grandchildren, Amira Maddox, Adley Maddox, Ashlyn Maddox, Maddox Willis of John Baylor, Willis, Gunner Willis, Pate Gunn and Covey Gunn; her great great grandchild Nova Ann Iturbide; and her caregivers, Teresa Lambert, Rachel Dickson, Kris Voltz, Kimberly Lambert, Jeanell Sims and Anita Bullock. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
