He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Lewis and Neil Williams McKinney; and his brother Jerry Wayne Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Nick Lewis (Carissa) of Booneville, Chasity Woods (Ethan) of Hodges, Kevin Lewis (Debra) of Fulton, Devin Lewis of Amory and Kelly Dickens (Dustin Spradling); his grandchildren, Aubry Woods of Jaden Lewis, K. C, Thomas Burcham and Caylyn Burcham; and his sisters, Teresa Johnson, Trish Asbury and Trina Turner.
