He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Ecer McAnally and Iva Clela Carpenter McAnally; the mother of his children Virginia Eloise McAnally; and his siblings, Bob McAnally and Clela Huddleston.
He is survived by: his wife Camilla Kay Short; his children, Mark McAnally (Charlotte), David McAnally and Debbie Burns (Chris); his daughter-in-law Trish McAnally; his brother Mike McAnally (Tayme); his daughter Misty Moore (Dewayne); and his grandchildren, Josh McAnally, Brandon McAnally, Seth Burns, Adam McAnally, JoAnna Scott, Amy Baldwyn, Tessa Hudson, Kirstie Hudson, Camie Barnes and Caylee Yates. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Booneville Funeral Home (506 N 3rd St, Booneville, MS 38829). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1195 MS-364, Tishomingo, MS 38873.
