He is survived by: his children, Bridget Norsworthy (Mike), David Burnham Jr., Jeremy Burnham and Jessica Burnham (Luis); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Blake Ferguson, Carlos, Cruz, Caroline, Kayla Whiteley, Lake Norsworthy and Finn Norsworthy; his great grandchild Raylen Whiteley; his mother Arthurine Burnham; and his siblings, John Burnham, Joan Wells and Dianne Speights.
