He was predeceased by: his parents, A. L. Whittington and Pamela A. Whittington. He is survived by: his wife Lori Whittington of New Albany, MS; his son Logan Lovvorn (Lauren); his sisters, Karen Lawrence and Laura Fennell (Mac); his siblings-in-law, Yolonda Harris (Colin), June Courson, Kathy McDonald (Ernie) and Buddy Maddox; and his mother-in-law Jean Maddox. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
