He is survived by: his wife Janet Muse Lombardo; his children, Rachel Lombardo Garrison (Brett), Blaine Lombardo (Kaiden) and Laura Lombardo Brownlee (Brent); his grandchildren, Anthony Lombardo, Avery Lombardo, Coco Brownlee, Everly Brownlee, Banner Brownlee, Valley Garrison and Ledger Lombardo; and his siblings, Greg Lombardo, Valerie Wash and Jay Lombardo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Mexico Outreach Center, a ministry that was so deeply meaningful to him.
