He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Palmertree; his children, Holly Burns (Joey), Ginger Foster, Billy Palmertree Jr. and Benton Glen Palmertree (Amie); his grandchildren, Erin Elizabeth Palmertree, Sawyer James Burns, Jeffrey Palmertree, Brandon Foster, Michael Foster and Kris Palmertree; and his sister Rose LaBouve.
