He was predeceased by: his parents, Flora Davis Allen and Frank Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Jr., Doris, Edna Earl, Minnie Grace and Charlie; his wife Evelyn Reed of Laurel, MS; his children, Mildred Evelyn Allen (Mickie), Charlie Allen (Annette) of Madison, MS and Mickie Dilley (Lee) of Pearl, MS.; and his grandchildren, Christie Marie Allen and Allen Dilley (Madeleine).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mr. Allen's honor to McLaurin Heights Methodist Church, 325 Mary Ann Dr., Pearl, MS 39208.
