She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Brown and Gloria Mackey Brown; her brother Craig Brown; and her nephew Jason Brown. She is survived by: her husband Rainey Nosser Scott; her son-in-law Mitchell Rooke; her brother John W. Brown (Butch); her sister-in-law Brenda; her sister Suzanne B. Brown Hite; and her brother-in-law Scott. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Denise's honor, the family asks that you consider a donation to animals in need, or to St. Jude Children's Hospital - as she never met a child or animal that didn't love her.
