She was predeceased by: her mother Bobbye Jean Davis; her grandmother Myrtle Broach; her father Elmo Davis; her brother David McCollum; and her husband Terry Waite.
She is survived by: her children, David Phillips (Cassandra) and Trissi Wilkinson (Shayne); her brother Donnie Davis (Leesa); and her grandchildren, Katie Wilkinson, Braysen Phillips, Justin Wilkinson, Jake Phillips and Charlie Phillips.
