Rutland; his sisters, Donna Matthews (Mark) and Lisa Bishop (Harrold); his children, Steven Lloyd Rutland (Jeanie), Michael David Rutland and Jennifer Turner (Thomas); his grandchildren, Miranda Martin, Rick Martin, Allie Rutland and Grace Rutland; and his great grandchild Hunter Martin (Belinda Barnes).
