He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Irvine Welker. He is survived by: his mother Katherine Beebe Welker; his wife Adina Welker; his children, Tedi Kennedy (Blake), Jonathon Welker (Raven) and Hartley Welker; and his sister Nichole Baker (Jay). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
