She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Irvin Kelley and Norma Mead Kelley; and her siblings, Norma Bethana Kelley, Billie Kelley Jenkins, Irvita Kelley Moffat and John Arthur Kelley, Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Mack Shelton; her daughter Paige Shappley (Scott) of Brandon, MS; her granddaughters, Emma and Sophie; her son Jeff Shelton (Tammy) of Decatur, MS; her grandchildren, Lance (Heather) and Aden; her siblings-in-law, Marion Jenkins, Curtis Moffat and Patricia Dean Kelley; her nieces and nephews, Vivian Jenkins Watson, Pam Kelley, Kelley Walker Lightsey, John Kelley, Jr., Kim Walker Brashier, Dia Jenkins Welch, Bill Walker, Merrie Jenkins Smith, Melissa Kelley Stremmel and Deborah Jenkins Purvis; Vivian Jenkins Watson, Pam Kelley, Kelley Walker Lightsey, John Kelley, Jr., Kim Walker Brashier, Dia Jenkins Welch, Bill Walker, Merrie Jenkins Smith, Melissa Kelley Stremmel and Deborah Jenkins Purvis.
