He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stanley Lockley Sr. and Alice Browning Winson Lockley; and his siblings, Charles Stanley Lockley Jr. (Stan) and Susan Alice Lockley. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Roberts Lockley; his son David Van Lockley (Dawn); his granddaughters, Sarah Jane and Molly Anne Lockley; his sister-in-law Kathy Vinson Lockley; his sibling's children, Charles Stanley Lockley III (Charlie) and Shea Lockley Mowdy (Jason); his great-niece Taylor Mowdy; his nephew Logan Mowdy; his brother-in-law Michael John Roberts (Mike); and his friend Mark Breland.
