He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Lloyd Smith and Carolyn Jean Coffman; his father-in-law Billy Broadus; and his stepfather-in-law Ed Willis. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Broadus Smith; his son Brandon Smith (Marie Smith); his brother Robert G. Smith (Alana) of Bardstown; his uncle Steve Coffman of Carthage; and his nieces, Hailey Smith of Oxford and Angelica Michaels of Diamondhead. He is also survived by several cousins and family friends.
