He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Richard Rainer Sr. and Mable Estes Rainer. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rainer; his daughter Shea Carter (Shane); his granddaughters, Anna Kate Stowers (John) and Kara Beth Stowers (Matt); his great grandchildren, Eli and Drew Stowers; and his siblings, Connie Scott (Richard), Ricky Rainer (Annis) and Inez Dumas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
