He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Kenneth and Frances Gault Bell; and his siblings, John Thomas Bell and Mary Jacquelyn "Jackie" Bell. He is survived by: his wife Dinah Bradford Bell; his children, Jeff Bell of Knoxville, Jennifer Monroe (Chris) of Knoxville and Kellie Graddy (Stephen) of Dallas; his brother Jerry Bell (Dot) of Pontotoc, Mississippi; and his grandchildren, Bennett Monroe (Ellie), Brooke West (Garrett), Graham Monroe, Carter Graddy and Davis Graddy. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
A requiem service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the The-Lake Episcopal Church (1954 Spillway Rd, Brandon, MS 39047).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Scouting America or St. Peter's By-The-Lake Episcopal Church's Little Red Wagon ministry.
