He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Ainsworth. He is survived by: his wife Lacey Ainsworth; his children, Liza Jayne, Ella Rose, Ada Lee and Brody Gibbs; his stepson Jack Kneeland; his father Harold Andrew Ainsworth; and his siblings, Leslie Buckley (John), LeAnne Laviolette (David), David Ainsworth (Lea Anne) and Dale Ainsworth (Theresa). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
