He is survived by: his wife Karen Lewis Mayo; his siblings-in-law, Dr. Bill Lewis and Cindy Bingham Lewis; his sister Oleta Mayo Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, David Thomas and Donna Mayo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
