With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jimmie DeWayne McNair of Brandon, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 25, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ola Edwards McNair and Miles Milford McNair; his sister Gail Rainer; and his son-in-law Christopher Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Shara Parish McNair; his daughters, Tamara Robbins (Reese), Stacy Varmette (Peter), Kandice McNamee (Scott) and Bo Maurer (Kellen); his nephew Robbie Rainer (Tiffany); and his grandchildren, Connor, Heath, Pete Jr., Will, Patrick, Kellen Jr., Luke, Tori, Savannah, Caitlyn, Mylee and Eva. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to Country Woods Baptist Church, which he loved so dearly.
