He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Haggard and Sallie Mae Jackson Haggard of Cow Creek; his brother Royce Haggard; and his sister-in-law Ruth Haggard. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Palmer; his daughters, Angie Rodgers (Dustin) of Toccopola and Allison Reno (Tison) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Madison Rodgers, Emma Rodgers, Miles Reno and James Reno; and his nephew Tommy Haggard (Janie VanDevender Gregg) of Preston.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Ms Bill Waller Craft Center (950 Rice Rd, Ridgeland, MS 39157).
