She was predeceased by: her parents, B. F. Nix and Lorene Olivia Richardson Nix; her son Michael Glenn Miller; her brother Richard Nix; and her sister-in-law Faye Nix.
She is survived by: her husband Doyle Payne; her sons, Thad Miller (Angela) and Todd Miller (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Wesley Miller, Sarah Beth Miller, Bryce Miller, Anny Woodard (Jantzen) and Mary Todd Miller; her great grandchildren, Anna Glenn Carpenter, Thad Miller and Jack Miller; her godchildren, Joseph Heindl (Sarah) and Anna Roberts; her brother Joe Nix; her nieces and nephews, Rick Nix (Stephanie), Chris Nix (Angie), Joe David Nix, George Davis (Misty), Tonya Couch (Damon) and Andrea Nix; and her caregiver Bobbie Jasper. She is also survived by four god-children.
