He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Carter Sr. and Emma Thomas Carter; his brother Bruce Jerome Carter; and his daughter Lacretia Chanell Carter. He is survived by: his son Dustin Jerome Carter; his siblings, Tony Carter Jr. (Francine) of Kansas City and Frances Stringer of Jackson; and his great grandchild JaRyan (Artist). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, aunts, uncles and a host of friends.
