He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavell O. Bradshaw Sr. and Rachel Addkison Bradshaw; and his sister Becky Jane Bradshaw Rose. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fox Bradshaw; his son Lavell O. "Bo" Bradshaw (Kathy); his stepson Gary Fox (Kellie); his sister Ann Bradshaw Huff (Jim); his brothers-in-law, Robert Rose and Art Maurin (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Benjamin Bradshaw, Barrett Bradshaw, Samantha Shoemaker (Shawn) and Sydney Fox; and his great grandchildren, Bailee Shoemaker, Nevaehly Shoemaker, Skylar Shoemaker, Josie Shoemaker and Jessie Shoemaker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and his two loving pet dogs.
