She was predeceased by: her parents, James Findley (Jim) and Bertie Lee Findley; her significant other Leonard; her son Tony Leonard; her brothers, Dodge, John, J. C., Paul and Richard Findley; and her son-in-law Rev. James D. Pate.
She is survived by: her children, Berlita "Bea" Leonard Pate and Janice Leonard Worbington (Ron); and her grandchildren, Julie Baugh (Joe), Stephanie Walley (Jamie), Thad Pate (Leslie), Leigh Ann Barnes, Brent Rhodes (Maggie) and Veronica Chase (Shawn).
