He is survived by: his children, Kevin Harris (Marlo) of Brandon, MS and Kristie Herzberg (Mike Beard) of St Louis, MO; his grandson Ryan Harris (Emily) of Mooresville, NC; his great grandchild Atticus; his grandson Tyler Harris of Belmont, NC; and his brothers, Larry Harris (Edith) of St Louis, MO and Jerry Harris (Becky) of Shreveport, LA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in honor of Duke's journey and resilience to The Wilson House in Lakeland (https://wilsonhouserecovery.org) that he supported for years as part of his Alcoholics Anonymous program.
