She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Dobson Sr. and Gladys McLaurin Dobson; and her husband Enos G. Newsome. She is survived by: her children, Annetta Fletcher of Haslet, TX, Katina Gray (Lester) of Pearl, MS and Bernard Newsome (Angela) of Mendenhall, MS; her daughters-in-law, Tammie Newsome of Pearl, MS and Miranda Newsome of Brandon, MS; her brothers, Hugh Dobson Jr. of Bandon, MS and Edward R. Dobson (Jean) of Puckett, MS; and her sisters-in-law, Mae Fairley, Glendora Harden (Charles), Peggy Brown and Mary Lee Newsome. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dean Memorial Funeral Home (745 MS-468, Brandon, MS 39042).
