He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelton H Goodwin Jr. and Hazel Dudney Goodwin; and also Andrew Goodwin of Magnolia, Ark.. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Michelle Williams (David) of Ridgeland, Kimberly Massey (James) of Pearl and Christopher Goodwin of Detroit; and his grandchildren, Meagan Grantham, Katie Massey and Ken Williams (Brooke). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
