She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Prewitt and Ida Bell Johnson Prewitt; and her siblings, David Durr, Bobby Ray Prewitt and Linda Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Demetrius Prewitt and Greta Denise Green (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Jeremy Green, Jr., Amanda Fay Green, Chelsea May Green, Aiden Christopher Butler, Dwight Phillips, Jr., Leandta Phillips, Zariah Prewitt, Zerwanika Prewitt and Brandon McMahon; her great grandchild Jonathan Prewitt; and her siblings, Willie Earl (Dorothy), Lamar Prewitt and Doris Spann (Charles).
