He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Frank Adams and Mamie Elois Lewis Adams; his wife Jackie Diane Hassell Adams; and his siblings, Larry Adams, Bobby Adams, Lavon A. Pugh and Sharon Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Randall Wayne Adams (Lori) of Brandon, MS and Melissa Gwen Adams of Millry, AL; his siblings, Ronnie Adams (Kathy) of Gilbertown, AL and Geraldine A. Sullivan of Gilbertown, AL; and his grandchildren, Samantha McBride (Watson), Randi Taylor (Josh), Cameron Adams, Kyle Adams and Caroline Adams. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
