Hubbard Jr. of Brandon, Mississippi, born in McComb, Mississippi, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Hubbard (Dot); his parents, Robert E. Hubbard Sr. and Nell Boyd Hubbard; his sister Mary Sprayberry; and his children, David Rowell and Larissa Kelly.

He is survived by: his son Steven Rowell (Sara); his siblings, Larry Hubbard (Sandra) and Sue Hubbard Griffith; his grandchildren, Marissa Margues (Rodney), Brianna Nagel (Michael), Scott Rowell and Tristan Rowell; and his stepdaughter Rita Torres.
