He was predeceased by : his father James Glynn Weaver; his wife Barbara Elizabeth Oswalt Weaver; and his brother-in-law Robert Bayly. He is survived by : his son Barry; his daughter-in-law Wende Weaver of Pelahatchie; his grandchildren, Blair Minyard and Rebekah Weaver; his sister Jean; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Grayson of Dekalb, Mary Alice, Hully Williams of Clinton and Phillis Bayly of Prairieville, LA. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews; and 13 great nieces and great nephews.
