He is survived by: his wife Cindy Ethridge; his daughter Jennifer LaTosha Palmer (Andy); his grandchildren, Samuel Allen Ethridge, Trinity Layne Ethridge, Ashlyn Elizabeth Palmer and Andrew Leek Palmer II; and his siblings, Vicky Boyette and Willie Creel (Patricia).
