He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Miriam Strickland Robinson Waddell and Hilton C. Robinson; his wife Martha Robinson; his children, Ashley Robinson and Daniel Robinson (Meagan); his siblings, Glenn Robinson (Lynn), Jerry Robinson (Valerie), Carolyn Bohnenstiehl, James Waddell, Faye Gibert, Tracy Flurry and Vicki Jo Clarke; his stepfather James Waddell; his sister Lee Ann Carter; and his grandparents, Martha Strickland, William Marvin and Ida Robinson. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Lottie Moon Fund or The Salvation Army.
